Your memories are stored using secure cloud infrastructure. Photos, videos, and voice recordings are kept in private storage areas that are not publicly accessible.

Access to media is protected through temporary secure links that expire after a period of time. Access controls help ensure your data remains isolated from other users.

LegacyVerse uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, helping keep you signed in while using the platform.

We use basic, first-party analytics stored within LegacyVerse's own systems to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. These analytics do not include your memories, photos, or other family content. We do not use analytics cookies to track you across other websites or serve advertisements.

You can access and update your information through the LegacyVerse dashboard.

You may export your memories and request account deletion because your memories belong to you.

LegacyVerse does not sell your personal information or family memories.

We may share limited technical information with trusted service providers solely to operate the platform or when required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. LegacyVerse does not directly store your full payment card details.

Payment information you provide during checkout or while managing your subscription is handled according to Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

LegacyVerse is designed for families. Parents and guardians are responsible for content uploaded on behalf of minors.
